Delete Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Trade Ledger Pro account using either of the following methods.

Option 1 – Delete Your Account from the App

1. Open Trade Ledger Pro.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the information displayed on the screen.
5. Confirm your account deletion request.
6. Your account will be disabled immediately, and the deletion process will begin.

Option 2 – Request Deletion via Contact Form

If you are unable to access your account, you can submit an Account Deletion Request through the Contact Us page on our website.

Please include the following information to help us verify your identity:

• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address (if available)
• Business Name (optional)

Once your identity has been verified, we will begin processing your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect only what we need to run the service: account details you provide, the business data you enter, basic device information, and anonymised usage analytics. Each is described in the sections below.

When you create an account we store your name, business name, email address and phone number to authenticate you, sync your data, and send service updates. You can view and edit this information in the app at any time.

The clients, vendors, invoices, trades, payments, purchases, expenses and reports you enter are your business data. We store it to provide the service and sync it across your devices. It is visible only to you and the team members you invite.

We collect basic device and diagnostic data — device model, operating system, app version and crash logs — to keep the app stable and secure. We do not use device identifiers for advertising.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which features help traders most. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify an individual user or business.

Sign-in is protected by secure authentication. We never store passwords in plain text. If you sign in through a third-party provider, we receive only the basic profile information required to create your account.

Our website uses essential and analytics cookies to keep the site working and understand how it is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. The mobile app does not use advertising cookies.

Your business data is stored securely in the cloud so it can sync across devices and be recovered if a device is lost. Data may be cached on your device to support offline use.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

We rely on trusted providers for cloud hosting, analytics and crash reporting. These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app, when required by law, or with your consent.

Our data practices follow the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the User Data policy, including accurate disclosure in the Play Data safety section and secure handling of user data.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or request deletion by contacting us. We remove your personal data within the timelines described below.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Trade Ledger Pro is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in India and your data may be processed there. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in India in accordance with this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
