Refund Policy

Trade Ledger Pro is free to start. The free plan involves no payment, so no refund is applicable. You can use it for as long as you like and upgrade whenever you're ready.

Paid plans unlock additional features and higher limits. Charges are described in the app before you subscribe. Please review the plan carefully before purchasing.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

If you purchased through Google Play, refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies and are processed by Google. You can request eligible refunds directly from the Play Store, and we will support reasonable requests where applicable.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the app store subscription settings or within the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.

We may grant a refund where you were charged in error, a duplicate charge occurred, or the service was materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault. Requests should be made within 7 days of the charge.

Refunds are generally not available for partial subscription periods after use, change of mind after significant use, or charges older than the eligibility window. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.

To request a refund, reach us through our contact page with your account details and the transaction. For Google Play purchases, also raise the request through the Play Store. We aim to respond within one business day.
