By downloading, accessing or using Trade Ledger Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Trade Ledger Pro. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and are using it for a lawful business purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including tax and GST regulations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You may invite team members with role-based access; you remain responsible for their use of the service.

Trade Ledger Pro offers a free plan and may offer paid subscription plans with additional features. Plan details, limits and pricing are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through the applicable app store or payment processor. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Trade Ledger Pro, including its software, design, logo and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your business. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the service.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use it to store data you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own the business data you enter. We do not claim ownership of your records. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Trade Ledger Pro is a record-keeping tool and does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying figures used for filing or compliance.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and data is handled per our retention policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed.)
